Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation period: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date without penalty.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.

  • No-shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a full charge for the total reservation amount.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates are offered on a non-refundable basis.
For these reservations, payment is charged in full at the time of booking and no refund will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.

3. Modifications to Reservations

If you wish to change your travel dates or room type, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and rate differences.

4. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or health emergencies), we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit voucher valid for a future stay within 12 months.

Decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness and flexibility.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider, typically within 7–14 business days.

6. Third-Party Bookings

If you made your reservation through a third-party platform (such as Booking.com or Airbnb), their individual cancellation and refund policies apply.
Please refer directly to your booking confirmation on that platform.
